Together, we developed a growth strategy and built go-to-market systems that in the initial market entry period yielded dozens of new accounts and hundreds of users.

Growth of new hotel projects in Asia is the highest of any region in the world. With our extensive knowledge and experience in the Asia Pacific region, we were hired to build the dealer / distributor network for the premium US supplier of shade and outdoor furniture equipment. In doing so and by concurrently building relationships with the architectural and design firms throughout the region, a strong brand presence and visible commitment to the region was established. Notable projects among the world’s leading five star hotel and resort brands were won, creating revenue growth momentum, especially in the fast growing markets of Southeast Asia.

Leveraging Expertise

Food

Food tastes and preferences are inherently local. The palate of one country or region differs greatly from that of another. With our background in the food industry, The Corevir Group was hired to build distribution of a uniquely American seafood product in the markets of greater China, Japan and southeast Asia. The process of innovation to integrate a product harvested only in American waters by an American fleet and customarily processed for the American palate, was undertaken. Distribution into food service channels was successfully established and on behalf of the largest harvester and processor of clams in the world, revenue momentum from these new markets begun.

By negotiating partnerships with like-minded universities around the world, a select global network is now in place yielding a steady pipeline of students, rich academic exchanges and importantly, a significant new strategic revenue stream is building.
